![]() I went from Level 49 to 65 in less than a week and am sitting with over 3 Million game bucks now. So I felt that either I will keep playing for years and NEVER get to places like Congo River, or I spend 50-60 USD (which any game costs anyway) and buy the Congo DLC. Leveling up gets suuuuuper slow from 45 upwards. Then I found that there is another problem. I did this for very long (basically all the way up to level 49). You must be sure that you actually make money off the trip before you go. Meaning you only travel to a pond if you have the time to spend a few hours and fill up 3, 4, 5 times. Spend big money, or use the free game and grind, grind, grind. It is free to play and if it was too easy, they'd be broke. Look, even though I agree with you, the developers need to make money somehow. I would love to hear other views and thoughts on the problem. I like the idea of the licenses, but having them in the imaginary timeline of the game seems more appropriate to me. ![]() I don't mind investing into the game, but also I don't feel like paying for all the locations to play. I literally didn't have the time to play this game, or I had to plan my time around this game, so eventually I moved to other things that required less dedication. Yes, it's a free to play game and they have to earn money somehow, but this mechanic specifically got me to stop playing. Of course the unlimited licenses solve that, but it's not very easy to afford from my experience so far. ![]() Sometimes I would just like to log in, catch a few fish and log off. I don't have that much free time to play to every day. For me this generally means that I have to play at least hours or two a day, so that I'm not losing money (but still not making much progress into better gear, etc). The thing that I find most annoying is that the licenses expire in real time. I wanted to discuss the thing that got me to stop playing before. I generally enjoy the game, but there are some thing I find weird. I used to play this game a year back, and I've recently come back to it to see how it has evolved. ![]()
